2.Inflation Forming Process

• Open the high-pressure inflation valve and pump high-pressure air into the sealed inner cavity via an air pump.

• As the cavity is fully inflated, internal air pressure pushes the top and bottom PVC fabrics outward.

• Vertical polyester drop-stitch yarns are evenly stretched and taut, firmly securing the upper and lower fabrics to prevent excessive bulging caused by air pressure.
