All our curtains are made from PVC heavy duty tarpaulin with 1 solid color and 20 mil clear vinyl. We don’t use any thread to stitch our curtains. We feel that the thread is the weakest point of the curtain and deteriorates due to rot and being wet all the time. All our curtains are welded together that offers the strongest and longest lasting seams.

Heading – 50mm double reinforced, welded seam.
Provide #2 brass grommets per 30mm.
Side hems – 50mm double reinforced, welded seam.
Panel joints are to be heat welded.
Bottom hem –left 30mm welded pocket.
