The portable barrier can be transported by vehicle to the required site or smaller barriers are light enough to be carried by a person. Whats' more, it could be by wheel. The water barrier can be installed by one person, with the barrier available in several lengths and heights and can be linked together by heavy duty velcro to create longer sections.
