Our flexible aircraft air transition duct made of three layers, front and back is high quality PVC coated tarpaulin, center is thermal insulation pearl cotton. Improve high quality products and reduce maintenance costs. Color could be selected as your request! Not only yellow color!
Material: consist of three layers. 1st layer and the 3rd layer are PVC caoted tarpaulin, and the 2nd layer is thermal insulation pearl cotton. The middle layer insulation can keep the air temperature in a stable situation.
Thickness: 2mm
Available size: 4"~60", customized length is upon request.
Available color: yellow or other color.
Temperature range: -20~+80℃.
Connection: Connect each single duct by Zipper and Velcro
Yellow Insulated Duct Features: Anti-UV, shockproof, water proof, uninflammable, hot and cold resistant, acid and alkali-resistant and structure-stability. It is widely used for air conditioning equipment factory, airport, naval ships and scientific research.

●Reinforced with a high tensile spring wire especially intended for high stresses and reduced flex-fatigue and kinking.
●Materials and product assembly reduce weight without compromising quality or durability.
●This insulated product line is constructed using a three-ply PVC composition.
●Our thermal insulation pearl cotton is sealed into a water-tight cavity and does not absorb or retain moisture from condensation. The insulation also includes a foil-faced surface which reduces temperature rise.
●A heavy-duty extruded wearstrip wraps around the duct body to reduce wear from dragging and handling.
●Available in sewn construction as well.

The aviation air duct is used to transport the air-conditioned air on the apron when the aircraft is stationary on the apron and the aircraft is in a sealed state.
It can be used with letter stickers and zippers for free combination of lengths and lengths, which is convenient for carrying and storage, and is more versatile than the commonly used rigid air ducts.
