How to set up roller shutter?

Our company is honored to be able to provide breeding roller blind in the dairy cow breeding project invested by Israel in Ningxia, China.

Below are the installation steps of roller blind:

1. First of all, make the PVC tarpaulin according to the required size.

2. Install a pipe with a diameter of 4cm (pipe size can be based on actual needs).

Insert a 4cm pipe into the empty pipe reserved at the top, the length of the 4cm pipe should be guaranteed to grow 10 cm from the canvas at both ends. After the pipe is worn, it can be fixed with iron wire to the 10 cm round steel buried in the wall beforehand, so that the top of the canvas can be fixed first.

3. Install a pipe with a diameter of 6cm (pipe size can be based on actual needs).

Wear a 6 cm diameter tube under the canvas. After the 6 cm pipe is worn, make sure that one end of the canvas grows 30 cm, so that it can be used to install the steel rope wheel. After the 6 cm pipe is worn, the canvas and the 6 cm pipe should be made of rubber The sleeve or plastic sleeve is clamped and fixed with iron wire to ensure that the roller blind machine can wind the canvas on the 6 cm pipe.

4. Install the cable pulley

One end of the rope pulley is 3-4 cm away from the canvas. Drill two identical holes on the 6 cm diameter pipe according to the positions of the two ends of the rope pulley, and then fix the rope pulley on the 6 cm pipe with bolts. However, the installation direction of the rope pulley should be determined according to the direction of spiral on the rope pulley.

5. Install the shutter machine

Fix the roller shutter machine on the wall, the height should be appropriate, easy to operate later, and the fixation should be reliable.

6. Install the pulley

Install the pulley directly above the cable pulley, above the 4cm pipe, and fix it on the wall, which must be firm and reliable.

7. Winding steel rope

①Fix one end of the wire rope on the roller of the roller blind first, and clamp the rope with the screws on the roller blind machine to ensure the safety of use, but do not wind the excess rope on the roller of the roller blind machine. The wire rope is pulled tight and goes around the pulley above, and then starts to wind up from the inner side of the wire rope pulley (the side close to the canvas) after coming down.

②When winding, 3-4 loops should be left on one end of the steel rope wheel. To ensure that the canvas is rolled up from the outside of the wall, the steel rope should be wound from the end of the steel rope wheel to the wall. If the roller blind is installed On the right side of the canvas, the wire rope is wound clockwise along the spiral of the wire rope pulley. When the wire rope is wound to the center of the wire rope pulley, the screw in the center of the wire rope pulley goes around half a turn. Then start winding from the center to the other end of the rope pulley. The number of turns on the side of the rope pulley near the canvas is less than 1 turn at the other end. Then the rope is tightened, and finally the other end of the rope is firmly on the ground. 

8. Test.

When everything is installed, test it again. If there is no problem, it can be put into use
