Christmas Surprise From A Father

At the beginning of the month, I received an email from a customer telling us that he wants to customize an outdoor tent, and it is best to reach and finished installation before Christmas to satisfy his daughter's long-term wish to spend Christmas together with his family outdoors.

The customer did not provide the design artwork, but roughly stated the desired style.

This is undoubtedly a challenge for us. Without specific artwork, we can only find relevant finished pictures that meet the customer's request for customers to choose. At the beginning, the customer did not immediately reply, and we were anxious and worried that we would not be able to meet the scheduled delivery date. Until the third day, the customer selected one of the pictures and let us follow the picture.

After confirming, we immediately started construction.

Although the quantity requested by the customer is not large, whether it is a small order or a large order, as far as we are concerned, the quality can be guaranteed.

After the efforts of the wokers, we finally rushed to the eve of Christmas, so that the customer received the goods and successfully installed.

Customer feedback said that they hope to give their daughter a surprise and realize her little wish!
